We take a lot of pride when it comes to sausage making. All of our recipes are made in house with a whole lotta' trial and love. We start with pastured pork or chicken from our farm, then combine real ingredients and fresh herbs until we find the perfect bite! Each and every link is hand formed, linked in all natural casing, and cut right here in the shop.

It could be labeled as a Classic-it's our most popular selling sausage. Rotated with popular Great Lakes Beers, such as Eliott Ness and Edmund Fitzgerald, this is one that the whole family will love. Perfect with a spicy mustard.
cherry brandy
We start with reconstituting dried cherries in Brandy overnight, then adding them [and more Brandy] to our pastured pork along with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg.
