Our All Natural, Bone In Rib Roasts are a holiday show stopper! These come with the bone removed and tied back on for easy roasting and slicing. We recommend an average of 1# per person when you're figuring out sizing.
 
Choose from Prime or Choice. Prime has more marbling/higher fat content. This roast is perfect for the smoker or grill. Choice is less marbled with a lower fat content. This roast is perfect for oven preparation.
 
Due to the current volatility of the beef market we will post prices closer to the holiday. We anticipate Prime roasts to be $26.99/lb-$31.99/lb and Choice roasts, $18.99/lb-$23.99/lb.
