Our Boneless Boston Butt Roast comes from the top shoulder of our pasture raised hogs. It is the perfect cut for pulled pork or carnitas!
The hogs at Brunty Farms forage over 3 acres of pastures and wooded plots, rooting around for many grubs, weed seeds and roots. They are rotated every few days to ensure they don't detriment the pasture and have plenty of new growth to munch on. They also get to eats lots of fruit and veggie scraps from local businesses, customers, and our own gardens. The remainder of their diet is all non-GMO whole grains from local farmers. These pigs sure don't go hungry!
